Tiger Hill’s capabilities, training, and coaching activities are led by Priyanka Ghosh, a recognized figure in the field of Human Capital development. Priyanka has practiced in the Middle East for the last 4 years before which she held senior leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies such as Bristol Myers-Squibb, Deloitte Consulting, and Merrill Lynch. She was also Head of Professional Development in McKinsey’s Private Equity Practice (US & Canada).
With these roots in private equity, Priyanka has shaped a capabilities, training, and coaching offering to focus on the core human capital levers that drive business performance. Priyanka’s performance-centric approach involves partnering with senior leaders to devise and deliver a change program focusing on the following core areas: Senior Leadership Selection, Top Team Effectiveness, Performance Management, Executive & Leadership Coaching, Professional Skill Development & Training, and Change & Communications.
Over her career spanning a decade and a half, Priyanka has worked across multiple geographies such as USA, Canada, UK, North Africa and the Middle-East. As a result, she has developed a unique expertise in customizing leading human capital practices and aligning them with cross-cultural business settings.
Priyanka is a Certified Master Coach from the elite Behavioural Coaching Institute (California, USA), a certified MBTI Instructor, and a certified practitioner in Lominger Competency Models. Priyanka holds a Dual Masters in Communications & Urban Affairs from Michigan State University (East Lansing, USA) and Bachelors in Accounting (Honors).
